How Does the Manufacturing Process Work?
Precise Weighing Creates the Foundation for Quality
A high-quality end product begins with the correct proportions of raw materials. We use a range of precision and analytical balances to ensure that raw materials are weighed carefully and accurately.
Consistent Blending
The raw materials are blended using equipment suited to the purpose, ensuring that the end product has a consistent, high-quality composition throughout the entire production batch. Our powder blender can process approximately 20–30 kg per batch, depending on the properties of the powder mixture.
Efficient Tablet Production
Our modern tablet press enables efficient and reliable production. It is a 16-station rotary tablet press, and we currently have four different sets of tablet tooling available. We can produce up to 30,000 tablets per hour, providing flexibility for a range of production volumes.
Thorough Quality Control
We monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process. Our equipment includes instruments for testing tablet hardness and friability, as well as an FTIR spectrometer for analysing raw materials and finished products.
Our aim is to ensure that finished products meet the quality requirements set for them.
Can You Receive the Product Ready for Sale?
Yes. We can package tablets or powders in the packaging of your choice and take care of product labelling, batch coding and date marking. This means you receive more than manufacturing alone from a single partner.
