At our production facility, we manufacture and analyze a wide range of tablet-based products in a modern and controlled environment.<\/p>\n

Our facility includes approximately 120 m\u00b2 of Class C cleanroom space<\/strong>, separated from other production areas through dedicated personnel and material airlocks. In addition, we operate approximately 350 m\u00b2 of supporting production space<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We utilize modern and efficient manufacturing and analytical equipment to ensure reliable production, consistent quality, and efficient operations.<\/p>\n

We also manufacture our food supplements using clean, self-generated solar energy. Thanks to the solar panels installed on the roof of our facility, the entire tablet manufacturing process can be powered by renewable solar electricity.<\/p>\n

Tablet Press<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Production is carried out using a 16-station Manesty rotary tablet press<\/strong> with a manufacturing capacity of approximately 30,000 tablets per hour<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We currently operate two tooling sets:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • 9 mm round scored tooling<\/strong> for tablets ranging from approximately 100 mg to 400 mg<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • 16 mm oval scored tooling<\/strong> for tablets ranging from approximately 500 mg to 1 g<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    This flexibility allows us to manufacture products of different sizes and formulations according to customer requirements.<\/p>\n

    Analytical Capabilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    To support product quality and verification, we have access to High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)<\/strong> analytical equipment when required.<\/p>\n

    HPLC analysis enables accurate testing and quality control of food supplement products and raw materials, helping to ensure product consistency and compliance with quality standards.<\/p>\n
